Oh, you're right, actually the issue isn't happening with the EA Desktop, it's only with Origin (I even tried to delete the cache and etcetera but that doesn't work), the funny thing is that if I try to download a game that is available with my EA Pro account using the EA Desktop app, after that the game shows as "new game" available at Origin.
Weird stuff.
Hey @cfcornejo, as EA Desktop is still in beta then you may see issues such as this pop up from time to time.
The team continue to work on adding more games and fixing issues.

Oh, yes, but I mean, the issues are actually with the Origin app not with the EA Desktop, my EA Play Pro games are all available on the EA Desktop app but they are being shown as greyed out in the Origin one, but as soon as I try to download a game in the EA Desktop app then it becomes suddenly available also in Origin app. That was the strange thing...

Your EA Desktop and Origin are linked @cfcornejo, if you add a game on one then it will also be added on the other.
Can you try creating a new Windows admin account and then try installing Origin there and see if you continue to see the same issue with Origin.
