If so and as I understand it you would need to reach out to a local distributor who would be able to assist you with licensing.

yes sort of, the plan is to host races for anyone to join so we sell the seats for the race to people to have a racing simulator experience.

Hey @BigChap0 there would be suppliers in your area for these kinds of events, they would be the best point of contact in relation to purchasing the correct rights and licenses.
