Hi @Applecide
You get a trial period of 10hrs with each game that is not in the Vault, once the trial period is over you can no longer play the game and will have to purchase it to continue playing; you don't get 10hrs per month.
Hope that helps.

- 5 years ago@CarbonCarl Hey man, I am super confused, trying to get this information from somewhere as to this 10 hours this on EA Play! What does this apply on? all games? like if I get EA Play I will only be able to play games like anthem, FIFA 20 and sims 4 just for 10 hours each? Time allotted just once? or is it daily limit or monthly or what? Help a bro out please!

If you have EA Play you can play the games available in the vault listed for each platform here: https://www.ea.com/ea-play
You can play them as much as you want providing you’re subscribed to EA Play.
The 10hr trial is usually for newly released games as they don’t go straight into the vault until 6-12 months after launch depending on the title.
The 10hr trial is also a one time thing, once you have played 10hrs you will need to buy the game to continue playing.- 5 years ago
Thank you,
I almost wasted my 5, I thought it was 10 hours per day to be honest. So EA makes money on advertising the games 🙂 kind of like paying to see a movie preview. Nice lol
