EA App Cannot Load Entitlements Properly? (Cannot Download / Launch Titles)

Hello All,

I have been having issues with my EA Play for about a week now. I have tried clearing cache, re-installing, repairing, switching internet connections, hunting down all possible locations for data that would be missed by uninstall, and even getting pc.ea.com to load in a browser (I am a Software Engineer). So far, I can tell my issue is directly related to loading the list of games I have access to. A little history of my access changes:

- Paid for EA Play when app was still Origin

- Continued to pay when Origin app became EA app, but never played

- Eventually Installed EA app and started playing BF 2024. Didn't like not getting steam achievements / cards.

- Stopped paying for EA Play via EA app and started paying for EA Play via Steam

- Spring Sale on steam dropped the price of BF 2042, bought BF 2042 via Steam, still paying for EA Play

- Canceled EA Play via Steam, still had subscription

- Had same issues during BF 2042 free weekend, but resolved at 12 AM after the weekend.

- EA Play via Steam subscription ended. Then I could no longer play BF 2042 or any EA App based game. Can't install games either.

- Started troubleshooting (Read threads, issues, tutorials, etc). Nothing worked.

- Eventually found out that when trying to launch BF 2042, EA App states "You do not own this title"

- Tried to see if paying for EA Play via EA app would fix it, It did not.

I see that these issues stem from an alert "ENTITLEMENT_DELAY_WARNING" that appears whenever I try to access EA app. I also see "ERROR_MODAL_GAME_NOT-ENTITLED" alert when trying to launch BF 2042 directly via EAC Launcher Executable (BF2042_launcher.exe).

Sometimes, I can get the launcher to act normally, but I still cannot launch or download products. (See attached)
