EA App keeps telling me I have a dual subscription
EA App keeps telling me I have dual account.
I have a standalone EA Pass which is valid till Feb 2025. I have now signed up with XboxPass, which comes with an EA pass. Every time I load the EA App it keep telling me I have a dual subscription, and I need to cancel one of them
I have cancelled the EA play subscription, but the notification wont go away, every time I click on something in the app , the dual subscription message pops up.
Hoe can I stop this message from appearing.

It sounds like your membership hasn't been fully cancelled- this isn't something I can check with you over the forums, but the live support team can review your account information to be sure that extra membership has been cancelled.
