EA keep asking me to reset my password whenever I try to log in

I am not enjoying these EA Play games anymore because EA keeps asking me to reset my password whenever I try to log in. Today, I am lucky I can log in asking for help. What's wrong with my account?

    Try logging in to your account at profile.ea.com. You should be able to reset your account here. Then, try playing again and let me know if it works or not. Thanks!
