Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

Thank you @EA_Darko , but there's still no one that can help me with this issue, and I've had live help on a couple of occasions.
Both my Xbox and EA accounts are registered under the same email, and I've reset the password for both several times, EA asks me to reset my password every time I try to connect the two to use EA play with my Xbox game pass. This seems to be a common trope with EA platforms according to the forum and no help or assistance can solve the issue. It's likely another software flaw.

I'm having a similar issue.
I can't connect my Xbox Game Pass to EA, I did all the things, followed all the prompts, and just get a "Something went wrong" response in EA Play. So effectively, I can't access a single EA title with GamePass and it seems EA has no idea how to help and just respond with the same message in the forums.- EA_Darko4 years ago
