Hey @SimonSeterbo what did our live support team advise?
I'm not aware of any known issues relating to connection Xbox and EA accounts and just tested now and was able to link without any issue.

The strange part where I'll give some ground is that when the live support said they sent me an email to reset my password, I never received any email. But when I do it myself manually and click on "reset password" the email arrives immediately.
So I feel a bit lost here, and appear to not have access to any EA titles through the game pass as things currently stand. And from what I gathered, this has occurred with several users.

Hey @SimonSeterbo for account-related issues such as this you will need to speak with our live support team as we cannot assist with such issues on AHQ.

Hey @SimonSeterbo,
When you get to see that you need to reset your password, it could be that there's something up with the EA account.
Normally speaking a simple password reset would fix this for you, but if you don't know what the e-mail address linked to the EA account is or when the account has been deleted, then things get a little tricky.
Did you at some point delete an EA account? What did our support team say when you contacted them? Could you try logging in to origin.com using a different e-mail address or using a username?

@EA_Jason The password reset works. I click the button and receive the email. But regardless of how many times I do it, EA wants me to reset the password.
I only have a single email address which I use for both my EA and Xbox accounts.
I have never deleted any account that I know of, and when I talked to support, they suggested the account doesn't exist anymore, but this isn't possible as I everything functions fine on both accounts individually. I just can't connect them on EA's end.

Did they tell you which account doesn't exist anymore? Is it the EA account or the Xbox account?
- 4 years ago@EA_Jason They said it was a possibility. It happens when I try to log in with my Xbox account on EA to link them.

It could be that your Xbox account is already linked to another EA account, but that account has been disabled or deleted. It would mean that you cannot link your Xbox account to another EA account.
Unfortunately that's not something that we can help with on the forums, so I can only suggest reaching out to the support team for more info. If the EA account was deleted and it is not possible to retrieve the account, then please leave a message in this topic:
