Ea play appears inactive, but active on EPIC

I subscribed to EA Play through Epic Games in October 2024 and have always been able to play EA Sports FC 24. However, today when I tried to play, I received the following message: 'Unable to activate EA SPORTS FC 24 on this computer using the EA account you provided (I haven’t changed anything). Please activate the game product code on Origin.com. If you’ve already done this, make sure you’re logged in with the same EA account used to activate the game.' When I checked my EA Play subscription on Epic Games, it shows as active until October 2025, but when I log into my EA account, it shows as inactive. I already uninstalled EA Play, tried to unlink and re-link my account, but the issue persists.
