EA: Play won't install NFS: Hot Pursuit Remastered (Xbox GamePass PC)

If only NFS HP game is the problem, please try to clear the cache via:    Help > App Recovery > Clear cache

After you performed these steps, then please let me know if they worked or not.

Hi, @Mikimuster3 , I have tried to clear the cache as well as reinstall EA play however the problem still persist. Using my other device on my laptop also have the same problem. I have tried other Xbox Game Pass(EA play) games such as NFS Rivals, Most Wanted (2012) as well as Spore and they all installed and worked fine. It seems to me only NFS: Hot Pursuit Remastered has this problem. I have checked that there is sufficient storage space and I tried selecting different install folders too...

@Mikimuster3 There are a lot of us having this issue specifically with this game. I have reproduced this issue with only this game on 5 different PCs myself. Don't ask why I have so many 😅. Can this be escalated or something? It's obvious we shouldn't have to reset our entire PCs just to play one game that won't install properly. 

ive been trying to install this game for days now...someone from ea needs to address this asap.

Exactly the same as mine.

Tried uninstalling a bunch of EA Play folders someone suggested online, and tried the app recovery app.  Maybe an issue with the game files on their end.

I am also having this issue and I tried to contact support about it and the advisor didn't understand my problem, made me mad, now I'm banned from customer service and it looks like I'm not the only person having this problem. It's a bit embarrassing how much stuff just doesn't work properly. Sorry for being honest and having an opinion, shouldn't get banned for it, abuse of power if you ask me the case number was #116498783, the advisor was Rahul

ok it is clear that ea is not aware of whatever it is that's happening on their end...how do we as a community escalate this so someone from ea can address this?
