EA Play, F1 2021 PS5: Full game turned into Trial, cant play, cant dowload.

@EA_Darko I still have the problem,i have an EA Play subscription and the F1 2021 game is in trial mode, and it asks me to buy the full game.

Please your help is needed and appreciated my man.

    @nottherealac9 I resolved the issue by deleting the trial and then downloading the full game. The download option was available after I deleted the trial.

        @EA_Darko of course i will try it, but first i want to know the details because i did uninstall the game and install it again but it still stuck in trial mode.

      @BScott3428 I uninstalled it and re downloaded it multiple times but still the same problem.

      Can you please tell me what you did exactly so i can try again.
