EA Play FC24 saying trial expired, unable to play game

Hi All Anyone encountered this before, was playing FC24 for way over the 10 hours as I have active EA play but now the game does not launch at all, says I have no more time on the trial. Please help...

Which platform are you playing on and did you purchase EA Play or EA Play Pro?
