1. Log in to your EA account on PC or Mac.
2. Go to settings and deny the access to your Xbox one account. No worries, nothing will erase
3. When you open the ea play app on the console, it will ask you if you want to link again your account. Click “yes”
4. Should be able to access the main menu
I've recently looked into getting an EA membership for my Xbox one but when I go into EA access hub it won't load up and instead shows an all grey screen after the start up sequence?

So are you guys planning on fixing this or what? I buy ea access to play the madden 21 trial and now not only can I not even open the EA Play app, I can’t even play ANY OF MY EA GAMES?!? And to top it off I can’t even contact anyone besides live support during business hours? You guys really did it this time smh get your * together!
Hi, I'm still receiving the grey screen for the EA access hub app on xbox. I've tried everything I've seen on these posts, but nothing has worked.
Been trying to use my account on UFC4 and its telling me invalid account, then I'm told to reset my password and I do that and nothing, then I'm told to reset my alternate MAC address and nothing still, then I'm told to delete my gamertag and then redownload it, still nothing. Now today I'm seeing that EA access got an update for EA play and that doesnt work either. Gray screen only. Have tried contacting support multiple times and get diverted here where every solution hasnt worked and can't get in touch because I just get directed here. Please help. Had to repost because my original one somehow disappeared from the list.
As of recently, I wanted to play apex legends again because of all my friends playing it. Once I logged in, it's telling me that my account is invalid, which I haven't experienced before. I was looking all over and I thought I found a solution, which was resetting the password that is linked to your email. Yet again, it tells me that it's still invalid, so I went and downloaded the EA Play App on the Xbox One and it showed a grey screen after the loading screen. After all of this, I checked my account settings and it's telling me that I have no connected accounts, which is confusing me. (My gamer tag is BeastlierPeak23).
Same issue for me. Says its linked on my xbox, but on EA it says not linked to anything and I don't know how to fix that. My gamertag is Newgtagwhodis23.
