I already have the game downloaded and all but it won't launch.

Originally, it was played on a PC computer, but I had to move and now I have my Mac Laptop. I downloaded origin and all but it says that the game is purchased for a PC platform and I need to change it to a Mac platform? 

Even though I go to the website there is no such button or anything that I can use to change the platform. What do I do?

@guillemauxn Have you used Origin Access at any point with The Sims 4?

    You have already installed the game on your Mac? Or you have installed Origin on your Mac?

    I installed origin and the game too, but this is what it says...

    You have a subscription to Origin Access which is not compatible on a Mac. Please see the opening post on page 1 of this thread I have moved your posts to for further help.
