EA Play Pro Isn't Working
I have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, and my EA account is linked to my Xbox account. However, whenever I try to download a game through EA, I see a message saying I need to purchase that game. I've had my EA account since 2020, and it's always given me trouble, but the fact that it won't let me use a service I can't purchase is driving me crazy.

My EA account is linked to my xbox account which has gamepass ultimate and when i go to the EA app on my computer it only gives me the option to install the preview for FC 26. However, on the xbox app it shows that i can install the full version but when i do it only installs the preview. It is also not giving me my EA play subscription.

I am an XBOX Game Pass Ultimate subscriber and have recently moved on to PC gaming. My EA Account is linked correctly with my Xbox/Microsoft account. EA app is installed and linked correctly to the Xbox account. Regardless of what I do, I cannot install FC26. I have tried twice with EA Online Chat and once with Xbox. I click on INSTALL from the Xbox Account, which then opens the EA app. I get one of 2 messages... "This Game is Unavailable. You're not eligible to play this game" It should be noted I can install.., F1 25, The Sims, FC25,FC24,WRC, Tales of Kenzera....basically most, if not all EA Play games. I have tried installing FC26 on 2 PC's and even 2 networks. I've lost the will to live. Any suggestions to resolve would be appreciated. TIAUnknown EA account linked to Xbox account
I recently got the Xbox Game Pass for PC but ewhen I try to play an EA Play game it prompts me to link an EA account. I follow the steps and when i try to connect both accounts it display this: "The accounts cannot be linked because your account DANTAKULLO from Xbox already has a link with the EA Account (unrecognized email)" The live chat support hasn't been helpful at all, keeps asking me the same questions so I decided to post here. Hopefully someone could help me with this issue. Thank you!
