Game Pass Premium&EA Play ISSUE
Hi all, I purchased a Rog Ally, and it came with 3 months of game pass premium, which includes EA play! How exciting! EXCEPT: I cannot get EA play to work for downloading games. I have tried everything. Uninstalled and reinstalling both apps, tried to install from Xbox app, unlinked and relinked my accounts, restarted my system, contacted support, the list goes on and I can’t get an EA PLAY game to download, even though it’s all linked, same email, everything! I was truly looking forward to trying out EA play to see if I’d want to continue a subscription in the future; but this has absolutely turned me away from it. Any advice?
Unable to download some games on linked Teen Play Pro account
Recently purchased a Play Pro subsciption for son so we could play together. He is unable to download/add to library some games with message "This game is unavailable - You're not eligible this play this game." Affected games - BF6, F1 25, Skate (which is free) Other games are downloading and playable without issue. FC 26 works fine. Other Battlefield, F1 and Star Wars titles work fine. So it's not some Australian age requirement setting (He's 17yrs old). His account is linked through Family Managment to my account. Even gave his account unlimited spend and he still can't download. It's not his PC because I can log into the EA App as myself and download the games without issue. He managed to get BF6 Redsec (F2P) working via his Epic account but can't access the full game or download on EA App even though he has a Play Pro account. Please assist (Was on online chat for an hour and they were as useful as a waterproof teabag...🙈🙉🙊)Game Pass Ultimate: Having trouble connectin to EA App
Please help. Today I purchased Game Pass Ultimate for the first time. First, I logged into the EA app using my Xbox account, where I purchased the Game Pass, and started downloading FC 25. When the game downloaded, I tried to launch it, but it kept getting stuck preparing to launch. Then I realized my Xbox region was set to the wrong one. I changed it in Windows settings, restarted my computer, and deleted the downloaded game. Then I went to the Xbox app and tried to install the game from there, but I encountered the error mentioned in the title of this post. Hello, I am reporting an issue with EA Play and promotional discounts. Normally, subscribing to EA Play should give members an advantage. However, in my case, having an EA Play membership prevented me from benefiting from the Black Friday discount for The Sims 3: Seasons. Because of this, I am required to pay almost twice as much as someone without an active membership, even though I would normally be eligible for the discount. This feels unfair and reduces trust in EA Play. I believe other EA Play members might face the same problem. I kindly request that EA addresses this issue and ensures that members can benefit from both their subscription and seasonal promotions without disadvantage. I have already contacted EA Support and we tried all possible solutions, but they do not have the authority to manually fix this issue. Hello, I need help with a refund issue. I had an EA Play annual subscription for $39.99. I upgraded to EA Play Pro monthly and was charged $16.99, and the Pro subscription is active. The system was supposed to refund the $39.99 from my EA Play annual subscription, but the refund failed. In my order history, it shows the refund as “FAILED”. Please issue a manual refund for the $39.99, since I paid for the Pro subscription and did not receive the refund. Thank you.
Cannot Cancel EA play membership
When I go to https://www.ea.com/manage-membership/cancel to cancel the membership, there is an error and the website redirects to the main page. I have not idea who to contact or how to do it to cancel the membership, but I already got billed an extra mouth that I did not want.
EA PRO SUBSCRIPTION
hello. I purchased my subscription now with hope that i can play the multiplayer and also get the rewards from doing so. Operators, battlepass, and all the stuff.. I open the game and i cant play nothing and i did not get no rewards . it says that i need to buy phantom edition or standard. I already had the game installed and played redsec before the purchase

I just ordered an eplay pro subscription. During payment i authorized my bank appa to execute the payment, it did, but ea app sai that payment went through a problem. The result is that the money left my bank account, but i never received the eaplay pro access. What should i do now?EA Play Pro Payment Deducted but Subscription Failed
