Missing EA Play Rewards (PC Version)
EA PLAY PRO MISSING MEMBERSHIP REWARDS FOR 3 MONTHS PC MEMBER PLEASE READ ------> I have been an active member of EA Play PRO for 3 months now... since 12/02/2024 to be exact I have picture proof if necessary... and I have been playing Madden 25 Ultimate team pretty much every day since then, actively. I have not received a single Madden 25 Monthly reward since playing this game, and actively paying for my membership. In fact I was unaware that I was even supposed to be receiving monthly rewards because I wasn't getting them! How sad is that.. anyway I have all the payment transactions and proof to back it up. I am missing December MUT monthly rewards, January MUT monthly rewards, and now February MUT Monthly rewards. I know I am not the only one with this issue. I spoke to a service agent for around 35+ minutes just to be told he can't do anything, and to make a forum post.. so here I am making this post... along what looks to be a few other people who have had the same issue sadly enough.. EA just can't seem to get the Monthly Rewards out properly to some people it seems. I hope it gets resolved and I get what I am owed, as I have been a active loyal member for over 3 months now as I said. It's a bit frustrating to find out I have been missing out on packs that I was supposed to be getting, would've and could still be very helpful lol. I changed my username yesterday or two days ago so maybe that impacts why I didn't get this months rewards? but then again that doesn't explain why I didn't get any of the other two monthly packs... wish ea could actually help instead of directing me to a simple forum post... like that will somehow give my monthly packs i missed lol.
Xbox PC Gamepass linked to EA Account, but it is not recognising EA Play
I've linked my Xbox PC Gamepass account to me EA account. I've started EA App for windows from Xbox app on windows 10. I am able to log in through my Xbox account in EA App. However, EA App is not registering me as part of EA Play. This should be automatic. Instead it is asking me to purchase EA Play. I have followed a few guides online, where I unlinked accounts, signed out of each, restarted Xbox app on windows and then signed back in to each. It didn't change anything for me. I'm still not able to access EA Play. I even tried launching a game I own on EA App through my xbox account, but it did not help. Can't find a way to raise this issue with EA Support. So I'm hoping somebody who see's this can help me out.We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. EA PLAY PRO
I have been using the EA Play Pro annual membership since 2023. I did not change my saved card or anything. I can't pay through the EA app or the website. Both give me this error: We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment details and try again. I tried a 2 more credit cards that I use to pay for steam, both gave me the same error. I tried used 3 debit cards, also same error. 6 different cards did not work. The cards are all issued from the same country as my Country/Region in my account (Egypt). There are no other methods of payment available through the app/website. The only option is via Credit Card. And the problem is obviously from EA's end cause the cards are working in different platforms (I tried to verify). I tried seeking help from the online chat, they told me they can't help and left the chat 2 times today. The last one advised I find help here. At this point am contemplating moving on from EA and it's never ending problems.
There was a problem validating your EA Play subscription
Good afternoon, I'm trying to play the 10-hour trial version of EA Sports FC 25, it tells me to start the evaluation, everything normal, but when I go to the main menu, the message "A problem occurred while validating the status of your EA Play subscription. Please try again" appears and I press advance and the game closes, I've already uninstalled the game, I went to Xbox support, here at EA support and no one was able to solve this problem, I don't know what to do anymore, I want to play EA SPORTS FC 25, I have an active EA Play subscription (Through Xbox Gamepass Ultimate), my 10-hour trial of EA FC 25 hasn't ended, so much so that the message "Enjoy your evaluation" appears as soon as I start the game, and I also tested two other games in the 10-hour trial, NHL 25 and EA College Football 25, and both worked normally, only EA SPORTS FC 25 does not advance to the main menu.
I can't put NFL25 to my collection and I can't download it
I don't know why but I tried everything on EA help. Firstly I'm using PC and Xbox gamepass. I clear the EA app cache, restart, delete the file, and re-download. They keep saying 'Theres a problem with download', 'You don't have access'. Surprisingly I can access other games in EA Play except NFL25. this is something wrong. Please help me!!!!!!! I want to play a game.
