I bought Ea play pro but i didn't get the 1600 fc points but i received it on Fc 24. Pls fix and transfer points

We had a look into this one. For this we can see the points being awarded but we are not able to make that transfer over the forums.
What we ask is that you reach out to live support. They can do a point transfer from 24 into 25 and you should be good after that.

EA Play subscribers get a 10 hour trial for FC 25, yes. You can find all of the benefits of EA Play here. The trial should start on the 20th, same time as the early access.
Can i download both versions for ps5 and ps4 and have 2 times 10hrs?

Yes, EA Play Pro edition does not require a pre-order. We have all the details listed here on our website for every edition.
Hero Player Item will be upgraded to "Prime" version from November 29, 2024; Player Evolution Slot will be available from September 27, 2024 and all other EA Play Pro Edition content will be available from September 20, 2024 unless otherwise noted.
The EA Play Pro edition will be available from September 20, 2024 (your local time).
