    When helping with certain issues, like account changes, subscriptions and so forth, we must verify that you own this account. We want to make sure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help out with your issue currently. CMs also do not handle payment issues with subscriptions as we don't have a way to.

     

    You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:

     

    • Select the EA App
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option

Hello everyone,

The annual fee for EA Play Pro shows as 999 TL (approximately 29.79 USD) while updating the credit card fee, but when I click on the "manage" section of the membership, it shows 119.99 USD. Which fee will actually be charged to my credit card?

Translation of Turkish screenshot:

"This payment method will be used to use EA Play, which will automatically renew every month. The payment method you updated will be used on 09/19/2024, which is the result of your current billing period for the amount of 999.99 TL and applicable taxes."

    You are not the first person I have helped today with this issue. It seems to be quite common at the moment, so worry not.
    I would assume that the fee you paid most recently will remain consistent, and be the same fee you will pay on the 19th September. I wouldn't worry about this message, and just assume that payment will remain the same as before.
    However, if the fee goes up when you pay in September, I would get in contact with an EA advisor via EA Help. You could explain that the change was not made very clear and you did seek help at the time but it was still confusing. Changes to payment should be made more clear, and I would like to think that you would be sent an official email if the price had been raised.
