EA Play rewards missing on fc24

as title says, live chat couldnt help me so they told me that i should report here

    @Jamroxx 

    If you have not received these rewards in the game, or the web app and companion app, you will need to reach out to support so that they can review the account with you.

    1. On the EA Help homepage, type 'The EA App' into the search bar.
    2. Click on the EA App tile that appears and select See all help topics.
    3. Select 'Missing Content' from the Category headings on the left-hand side
    4. I'd recommend selecting 'I'm looking for something I bought'
    5. From there you should see the option to select 'Email Us'.

    That should help you reach the support team.

    @EA_Pulsar Nope only 1 account, and i didnt know that was a thing so my game pass subscription is already 2 years old. XBox & Ea already linked there shouldnt be any issue

    Last month's reward, i got it after few days. But this month same problem again.
