    Hey @jakebarto our team would not have access to your PSN account, as such, they would be unable to make any changes to any connected trials. If you feel that your trial time should be extended then you would need to speak with PSN support to see if this is something they can do.

Good to know that EA is the kind of company that will take your money and not provide the agreed upon services. Sounds illegal to me.

I have reinstalled several times, and restarted the Xbox, and I have deleted the game data. I have been trying for over a month.
