EA Play Two-Factor Unauthorized

Tried to download an EA Game through Xbox Game Pass EA Play installs itself to computer and I'm asked to verify my code (see "Untitled.png"); None of these options for two-factor authentication are...

    We are unable to assist with accounts on Answers HQ, you would need to reach out to an advisor to look into this further.

    I went through this route the first time and they directed me to make a post here because they were unable to resolve my issue.

      Unfortunately we cannot help with hacked accounts through the forums @ICoolManI-WenYan.

      The problem is that is has to do with your account details. We will have to make sure that you are the owner of the account and that's not something that we can do on here.
