EA Pro Subscription Refund Request

Hey dear EA team,

I've just got the BF6 redeem code through your Twitch BF6 Multiplayer Reveal stream, and directly logged into my EA account to get the early access and play the game by subscribing to the EA Pro. I've bought it, but couldn't download the game. I didn't know that.

There are like 10 mins between my purchase and cancellation. Can I get a refund since I cannot get the game yet?

    Hi there. Battlefield 6 has not released yet. The beta begins August 9th. You can find out more about that here.

    I bought ea play Pro on the wrong EA account and didn’t realize. I cancelled immediately after realizing and bought pro on my actual account. I was wondering how to or if I can get refunded for the original mistake purchase

    im having this same issue. bought EA Pro thinking i could play btf6 but the beta is closed
