Error ref #54001

I activated EA PLAY with an activation code. NOW I WANT TO UPGRADE EA PLAY PRO. BUT WHEN I PAY ALWAYS POPS UP [REF. #54001] AND I CAN'T BUY EA PLAY PRO

    We'll want to give the following steps a try to clear up this error for you:

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location

    I'm still having the same trouble.  I can't buy anything other than the bundle. Anyone like me?

    I cannot even wishlist of any sims 4 pack. I tried with another account and still cannot purchase anything.
