FC free trial

Hello I bought the EAFC 27 free trial 10 Hour

and every time I try to press free trial 10 hour to activate it or go into the game and press free trials activated it doesn’t wanna work and my free trail is running out could you please give me back my money or fix it then give me more time or something because I paid money for this and I’m not getting the experience I paid for I’m not getting any experience at all

Hi there, really sorry to hear about that. Just to confirm, you signed up for an EA Play subscription, and you're having trouble accessing the EA FC 27 Trial. Is that correct?

Can you please confirm which platform you're playing on and what exactly happens when you try to launch the game? Are you seeing any specific error messages?
