Fifa 21 "already running" report on EA, but game is not running

I downloaded FIFA 21 from the EA app on PC. Every time I try to launch the game it opens the FIFA 21 launcher, but it won't launch when I click PLAY. Instead, the EA app will say the game is already ...

Hey @Abberant007 did you try it on a new Windows admin account to see what happens?

    From where are you launching the game?

    I have an Xbox account and also EA account. At -first I launch it from the Xbox pc, then the fifa 21 dialoge box shows up after I  press the play button the game cmes to the screen for 1-3 seconds and then poof gone. Same happens when I try to run it from the EA application.
