@sssShivaShanti Could you check again today? I think that they are released October 1st, but I'm not 100% certain. 

@Lok1133501 When you have EA Play Pro, you should get access to the EA Play Pro version with all the perks that come with it.

What about the Hero item? I did get my points and my OTW player, but no hero... ☹️

    @adrianduf same here I haven't received hero as well but i did received otw & totw & 1600 points

      Apparently the hero item comes in december...
