I just saw another thread about this that was locked in a very depressing, anti-consumer/member way, so here's another one. My trial period of FIFA also ended with 9...9!...hours left, and no, I didn't leave it playing while my machine was asleep which is what a community manager said before locking the thread. I mean, how much more anti-consumer can you get than that? And now, while my PS5 says that I'm subscribed to EA play, I can't access the Battlefield Beta. Again, how much more anti-consumer can you get? EA, that's how. Please help us solve this problem without locking threads with no answers at all.

I keep getting this error in the photo attached.
I tried :
-setting account as primary.
-restoring licenses.
-turning ps4 off and on again.
But nothing seems to work. I still have 9 hours and 45 mins of gameplay... This is the account i have EA play on, it doesn't make any sense.

Are you getting this message on the account where you subscribed to EA Play, or is this a different account on the same PS4?

@EA_Kent I'm also facing the same issue. When I try to start the game, it shows me the same error message as @ATarek101 even though I am logged in to my account with the EA Play subscription

I'm getting same issue. But I should have all 10 hrs remaining. I deleted the game thinking I could redownload it and now I can't even download it.

Thank you for the info!

I think the best thing to do in this case would be to reach out to PlayStation Support so they can take a look. It sounds like something is preventing the PSN system from seeing that you have access to the trial, but I'm afraid that isn't something we can see from our side.

@EA_Kent I contacted PlayStation today, and I was told that "The early access to FIFA 22 for EA Play members will be limited to 10 hours of gameplay from 22 Sept to 1 Oct. After 1 Oct, you can continue playing the game only if you have already purchased or pre-ordered a copy of FIFA 22"

So, I guess I can't use the early access anymore even though I have 7 hours left? Can you confirm this @EA_Kent ?

that's really weird cause when I played madden and UFC trials they were after the release date, I really hope playstation fixes that cause I want to play Fifa a bit more before purchasing it cause I only played like 2 and a half or so hours and I was upset that I couldn't play it anymore.

Hey @hakim_mao,

The trial is indeed 10 hours, but it may have been running in the background if you left your console in rest mode without shutting down FIFA 22 first. If it keeps going it can use up the 10 hour trial time. I'm afraid we don't have a way of adding more time or resetting the trial timer.

I have seen several people complaining on PlayStation that the trial has locked them out on PlayStation, including me. Same story that it says there is time left on the trial but then it prompts you to purchase it when you start. I never left it open in the background. When you search for Fifa 22 on the PS5 store it doesn't even show the trial anymore even after deleting it.

That's a strange one @Spiderluke, have you set the console as Primary PlayStation on the PSN account that you are using?
