FUT club not showing in FIFA 22

Hi, I have a ultimate team established on 2016 and till FIFA 21 it was carry on. But now FIFA 22 not showing my club. Could someone please help me get my old club? Thanks

    Hey @CheFC123Kansas if the club has not carried over then it is not possible for us to change this.
