Game says its a trial version - EA Play via Xbox Game Pass

Hello,

Having an issue with SW BF2 on PC. 

I've got Xbox game pass, which includes EA Play with it. It says i'm eligible for the Celebration Edition. I've installed the game but i cant progress past the 3rd single player mission as it think im on the trial version and kicks me back to the homescreen. As far as i can tell, i've got the rest of the game unlocked (including the MP skins and stuff you get with the Celebration Edition) just not the single player.

If i launch Origin instead of the EA App (new one) it doesnt seem to think i've got EA Play at all. On the other hand, the EA app does acknowledge that i've got EA Play. Could this be the reason? 

Any ideas on a fix?

    I think this is something the EA Help team would need to look into. When you have the chance please reach out to them so they can take a look at your account.

    I’ve been having the same problem

    I have ea play and downloaded the game but it says I’m on a trial version which has never happened to me in previous games. Also I tried to play today and mut just wasn’t there. And if I tried to get into it through the ads it would say “You don’t have access do this section” 

    I guess I could pay for the game but I was under the impression ea play let you get the full game.
