Community Manager@adamant12321 That sounds like the subscription is tied to a different account. So EA Play through the EA app is a separate subscription than EA Play in Steam.
If your subscription was purchased through the EA app, you can only play it there, so you would need to verify where the sub was purchased first.
Log into EA.com, and make sure that your EA account is linked to the right Steam account.
Look under transactions and see if any receipts are for EA Play. if there are they are through the EA app not Steam.
Check your Steam transactions, and make sure you see one for EA Play.
