I bought ea play but it doesn't appear in my subscription menu in my ps5

Hello people,

I bought ea play few days ago for 0.99 dollars, anyway I wanted to cancel it but when I went to my subscription menu I eaplay wasn't there, and I can still play all the trials, can anyone tell me what could the issue be??? Cause I can't cancel it as it's not there on my subscription menu

Since you made the purchase through the PSN Store, please contact PlayStation support so they can assist you with your subscription.
