I bought xbox game pass ultimate, but can't play ea games

I bought xbox game pass ultimate this morning to play battlefield 2042 but it says i have to either pay for the game  or buy ea play. my accounts are linked and everything. I tried every soulution that I was told and none of them are working.

    Hey @Vicanthir

    Hopefully, the issue should be fixed by now. Please try logging out and then signing back into your EA account a couple of times to help resync your account. Also, check the connections page in your EA Account settings to ensure that you have logged in with the correct account. Let me know if you encounter any further issues.

    I am trying to use EA Play for the first time to play Star Wars: Jedi Survivor.

    I am currently subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate. 

    My EA Account and Xbox Account are linked. 

    My EA account shows an active EA Play Subscription through Game Pass when I go into the settings.

    However, whenever I try and open EA Play in the EA App on my Windows 10 PC, I am prompted to purchase EA Play.

    I have no idea what to do. Any help is appreciated.

    Hopefully, the issue should be fixed by now. Please try logging out and then signing back into your EA account a couple of times to help resync your account.     It appears after a day my EA Play subscription has been acknowledged by the EA App. I have half-expected this outcome since I had posted my original post in the day of activating my XBOX account, hence the probability of a certain time frame to pass to be needed was not entirely out of the question. HOWEVER, there is by no means enough communication from EA about this matter, it took hours until I gave up and decided to check the status the next day (today). By this I point to my statement regarding communication and to the possibility of EA Play not activating AT ALL. It's as simple as adding an extra question mark to a support page and relieving at least a day's stress on the customer's end. 

    Although I do admit I had nothing better to do and wasted my hour or so on a dumb matter like this.

    And to others who have a problem, this might be it but as I said in my first post, there is a wide variety of problems possible.

    @EA_Pulsar Ea says my accounts are linked(EA and Xbox) I have the ultimate gamepass. I have tried logging in and logging out to try to get my EA account to sync to no luck. EA still says I need to either buy the game or EA play. What should be my next step since talking to a real person in real time apparently isnt going to happen.

    Me too , can you help me? i linked my xbox account , but when im trying to download Battlefield on the xxbox app, the EA app open and I have to pay , Please EA help me !!!!!

    Same problem here, right account link, already tried log out and log in and even uninstall and re install....
