I need help my ea play hub is it working

When I go into EA play hub it says start and it says can’t find the application so I going to PlayStation Store and it says start so I’m confused about it so can you help me 🙂

    Hey @2ovj75bkcse1 I'd recommend doing a clean install of the EA Play app on your system.

    I just got help for my dad with EA but now it says you on this item on your PlayStation I can’t even re-download it

    Hey @2ovj75bkcse1 as these issues are on the PSN store then I'd recommend reaching out to PSN support who will be able to advise you further.
