Issues with linking Xbox Account
I’ve only had one EA account but I can’t link my Xbox account to it due to it being linked to a another ea account.

Hi there, in order to link it to a new EA account, you will need to first unlink from your old EA account. By looking at the screenshot, it looks like your old EA account is currently disabled. To re-enable the account, please try resetting the password for that account. If the account still disabled after the password reset, please contact EA Help for further assistance.
