link not working

hi there guys i have issue that is frustrating me I cant download any ea games with my xbox game pass jultimate subscription. I have issue with it link and when i tried unlink it it says i cant unlink til jane 2027
Please help me as this is insane. You can see in pic account is linked

    Hi there,

    Just to make sure I understand correctly, you want to unlink your current Xbox account because you have Game Pass Ultimate on a different Xbox account, and you would like to link that new Xbox account to your existing EA Account. Is that right?

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to bypass the unlinking restriction or make the account available to unlink sooner, as these limits are in place for security reasons.

    For now, you could create a new EA Account and link the other Xbox account to it, as long as that Xbox account is not already linked to another EA Account.

    I canr connect my ea account with xbox game pass ultimate. If you see the pictures attached in previous message you will understamd. Is there way I can fully uninstall ea and reinstall, because when i try uninstall completely it still there and it says repair but it not gone of pc

    Based on the screenshots, it seems you have two Xbox gamertags, "SafeGrain" and "SafeGrain5082", and the incorrect one is currently linked to your EA account. Is that correct? 

    If that's the case, you can create a new EA account to link your new Xbox gamertag.

    I am told i need contact EA support
    they both share same email address etc
    i tried to reinstall and instsll both and still same

    Based on the screenshots you shared, it looks like you may have more than one EA account. The best course of action would be to contact EA Help so they can confirm which accounts are linked, help you link them correctly, and get everything working again.
