Madden 2024 EA play trial prompt.

My game will not play. I get a prompt that says.
The game can only be played on the account that downloaded it.   Which it is.   
please restart the game on that account.   
Went through every possible recommendation on my console.  All the way down to a system reboot also created a second account purchased a second EA pass and still have the same issues.    
Please help
