Madden 22 and EA Play Pro

I pre-ordered Madden22 and also have EA Play Pro. It says with EA Play Pro I can start playing today Aug 12th. Yet when I try and start the game it says it's unavailable until Aug 17th. One of the main reasons I upgraded to Pro before I pre-ordered was so I could play on the 12th.

What's going on? Did I miss something??

    Do we have any sort of ETA?? It's been 2 hours since your reply. And so far nothing but the original post on social.

    having the same problem on PC, tried uninstalling, going to the Origin website and downloading  from there and still experiencing the same issues. Read a bunch of different work arounds on Reddit and nothing seems to work
