No option to play battlefield 2042 with EAplay

I just started my EAplay service, purchased 2042, and installed it. After install I don't have the option to play the game, just that it says it is pre-loaded. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it going through the EAplay trail link for downloading. Still no option to play. I'm not sure what to do so i can play the game for the 10 hours pre release.

    Hi there,

    I have some questions for you to see what's happening.

    • Are you using the EA app, Origin, or another program?
    • Do you have an active EA Play subscription?
    • Have you tried downloading and installing the Trial, or just the full game?
    • Could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
