Oh so you are aware of what the EXACT issue is but you want me to reach out to my country's government and ask them to change their policy which is for our benefit instead of actually doing something about it at EA's side.

We can pass it on here but if it causing you issues you should highlight it with the relevant bodies.

It would have been easier to have more that one payment options. I am trying to find other options to upgrade EA play to Pro but seems like EA just don't want players directly buying EA pro. Like I talked to EA live chat and they suggested using CODAPAY as payment but when I asked for website they never gave me one. Codapay works in Need for Speed: No Limits but is just useless to upgrade EA pro. Simply allowing players to buy EA pro through Steam or Paypal would have solved many problems but it is what it is. If anyone knows other options to buy Pro let me know.
Any updates ? I have been struggling to get through for the same reason mentioned in thread ?
@EA_Darko : Any updates on this issue? It's only EA Play Pro subscription that doesn't work like others mentioned. EA game purchases, XBOX gamepass, steampass all such stuff works with the same set of cards. I just joined today to say that EA still needs to fix this issue.
Appreciate if you get EA to resolve it would be great
