Not receive Battlefield 2042 EA Play preseason reward
I own BF 2042 on Steam and bound my EA account with XGP on 2.28, but I have not received the reward (2.27-3.26) these days. My XGP has expired today, so can I still receive the reward later?

Although my EA Play has expired with my XGP now, I am 100% sure I have access to receive the reward before the expires.
And I have already used EA support but no one gives me a reply by email.
