Problems with linking EA account to amazon prime account on ps4

Hi ive tried to link my ea and amazon prime accounts but ive accidentally liked the account to the wrong email im assuming that why i havent received my amazon prime gaming packs could someone please...

Try logging into EA with the email and password you used, it may have created a new account for you.
