PS4/PS4 - Unable to download Mass Effect Andromeda via EA Play

Here are a few steps that I recommend trying, to see if they let you download Mass Effect Andromeda:

Restart your console:

• Turn off your console and then turn it back on.

Make sure your game software is up to date:

• Go to the PlayStation home screen. 
• Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
• Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.

Make sure your PS4's system software has the most recent update:

• Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
• Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install.
• Reboot your PlayStation 4.

Clear your PS4's cache:

The PlayStation 4 doesn't actually have a cache to clear. That said: It never hurts to power down/power up your console if you're encountering performance issues in the console. 

1. Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller. 
2. Select "Turn Off PS4". 
3. Let the PlayStation 4 to fully power down and wait for 10 to 20 seconds.
4. Restart the PlayStation 4. 

Can you try these steps, and let me know if that solves the issue?

Nothing changed. I was off town yesterday so it stayed off for a whole day, also tried restarting it 2 times but the problem remains. Also my system is up to date.

I bought EA Play a few days ago. I can play all other games in the vault such as battlefield, Titanfall, Fifa and so on. When I tried to get Andromeda the only thing available were the trial version from PS+ and the normal price.

I got the trial version thinking it would auto-update recognising I have EA PLAY but nope. I tried checking for updates. Restarting my PS4, "clearing cache", checking for system updates and nothing seemed to work. 

Any suggestions on what I should do to get the game ?

Hi, I wanted to download Mass Effect Andromeda as part of Ea Play on PS4 but the only options are „trial” or „buy” (the only versions are Standard Recruit Edition and Deluxe Recruit Edition). I’m from Poland, so I decided to check if the situation is the same in other regions by changing it in Ps Store in the browser. It turned out that in European countries the situation is the same, but in the United States and other countries it’s included in EA Play.
