Subscriptions are not cross-platform I'm afraid so you will have to pay for one on each. EA Play Pro is unique to Origin (Games Available on EA Play Pro https://www.ea.com/ea-play#ea-play-pro). So to confirm, It's just EA Play on Steam (Games Available on EA Play https://store.steampowered.com/subscriptions/ea ). There isn't an EA Play Pro variant and no other naming.
