You can cancel the EAPlay sub on PlayStation. Here's how:

• From your PlayStation 4, navigate to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Account Information] > [PlayStation Subscriptions].
• Select the EA Play membership you want to cancel.
• Select Turn Off Auto-Renewal.

In regards to a refund, you would need to consult Sony Support to see if you meet their eligibility criteria for a refund. From what I can see from their help page, this is the relevant passage for subscriptions and may help you better understand if you qualify for a refund with them:
