An EA Play membership for PC would not carry over to your PlayStation- you'd need a separate membership for your PS4. 

If you're being asked to create an EA account on your console however, please check that your PSN and EA accounts are currently linked by following the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/link-your-console-accounts/#how-to
