You can try resetting your password by just going to help.ea.com. Then, click login in the upper right. Next, click on the forgot password link. However, if you don't have access to the email on the account, you won't be able to reset the password. An advisor should be able to help with that though. You can open a case here to get in touch with one. Thanks!
