@BrickTop1504  Try using this web link down below instead of their official EA help website to contact an EA advisor.

Select the EA app (the orange box with the EA logo in the middle), select topic, select issue, and finally select contact option.

Use the live chat option since it is much faster. If the live chat option is not available you need to change the topic and issue a bit until you get the live chat option.

If you want to email them instead you can disregard what I said about the live chat option.
