They don't release games specifically each month for EA Play, they add new titles to the playlist when they can. Usually a newly released game will go to EA Play up to one year later or just before the next title in that series releases. The not so popular performers tend to go on a little earlier.
I don't think EA have enough games to add one to EA Play every month.
EA Play is £4/$5 per month or £20/$30 per year so it's great value for money. There's a big list of games you can play that would cost you way more if you wanted to purchase them outright.
BFV for example is on sale right now and is around half the cost of what you pay for one year of EA Play. That's just one game and that's on sale.
