If you have no funds in your Paypal account then you would need either a debit/credit card or bank account attached to you Paypal account to make any payment. If your Paypal account is verified and has funds in already then i'm sure you will also be able to make a payment using those.

As for Steam, yes you can use the funds in your Steam wallet to pay for EA Play.

    Hey @GroovyGamingyt you would need an active credit card linked to your account in order to become an EA Play member.

    @EA_Darko What if you pay for yearly subscription and then your credit card gets deactivated, will you still have the subscription for the rest of the year?

    If you paid for the year in full @rppi2wp8nr3r it should be no issue but if you are on a rolling month-by-month membership then I would recommend adding your new card to your account.
