Community Manager@pbdabst So there are different versions of EA Play you can purchase. Also, sometimes the Xbox account is linked to the wrong EA account which is why you may see that message that makes you purchase it.
Log into EA.com and under your profile, make sure that the Xbox account is linked in the connections tab with that EA account you logged in with.
If you are getting a message that says you must purchase one of the following has happened.
Accounts are not linked correctly
The subscription was purchased for the wrong account
The subscription itself is linked to the wrong platfrom
I checked and it definitely is linked. Is the EA play I bought just unusable then?
Community Manager@pbdabst As there are different versions of EA Play. Where did you purchase the subscription? Did you purchase through the Xbox or was it a subscription you set up while on a PC?
