1 year agoRe: EA Play Not Added After Purchase
If you log into EA.com and under subscriptions, you do not see that purchase, check the purchase logs and your email to make sure the purchase didn't cancel or error out. If it did When helping, we must verify that you own this account. We want to ensure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help with your issue currently.
You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
